Self-Adhesive Insulating Paper for 18650 Battery Packs (65 × 1000 mm)

This self-adhesive insulating paper is designed to electrically insulate 18650 and other battery cells, lithium battery packs, printed circuit boards and other electronic components. It creates a protective dielectric layer that helps prevent short circuits, accidental contact between terminals and leakage current.

The material withstands temperatures of up to 150 °C and is suitable for assembling, repairing or modifying battery packs. Its adhesive backing enables fast, simple installation without additional glue or special tools. Simply cut it to size, remove the protective liner and press it onto the surface.

The strip is supplied in a size of 65 × 1000 mm and can be cut to suit the application. It can insulate cylindrical cells, battery packs, connectors, contacts, PCBs and internal parts of electronic devices.
