Claims and withdrawal from a purchase
Need to report a faulty product or return an order? You can submit a request even if you checked out as a guest.

If an item is faulty, does not work or differs from your order, describe the issue and attach photos if available.
Withdraw from the contract
As a consumer, you generally have 14 days from receiving goods to withdraw without giving a reason, subject to statutory exceptions.
How to submit a request
- Have your order number and the email address used for the purchase ready.
- Open the form. For guest orders, verify the order using the code sent to your email.
- Select the item, describe the claim or withdrawal request, and submit the form.
- You will receive next-step instructions, including return-shipping information if needed.
