AMTECH NC-223-ASM is a no-clean flux intended primarily for soldering SMD (surface-mount) and BGA components. Its low viscosity helps it spread evenly during soldering.

The flux removes surface oxidation and improves solder adhesion, reducing the risk of poor joints and other defects. As a no-clean product, it leaves minimal residue and normally requires no cleaning after soldering.

It is widely used in electronics repair and manufacturing, especially for rework of BGA chips, soldering fine-pitch connections and application using syringes or brushes.
